HI,

These are the staatistics for pagelife expectancy

Last=144897.000
Avg=1437902.000
Min=142977.000
max=145600.000
Duration=1:40

i belive minimum is 5 min is good for datapages to remin in buffer

how do we analyse Avg=1437902.000

meaning what is 1437902.000 is it miisec, or what

based on these numbers how to calculate

please help me i am confusing little bit here

Page Life Expectancy is always in Seconds regardless of Last, Avg etc.The
duration is only a short time so it may not be a totally realistic sample
but those numbers are very high. Anything above 300 (seconds) is considered
OK and if it is over 1000 it is great.
